Liz Hunt is the Founder & CEO of FemShe Energy, LLC, a Missouri-based, women-owned energy optimization company dedicated to advancing sustainable power solutions that reduce energy waste, lower utility costs, and improve system efficiency.
With more than 20 years of high-stakes negotiation and sales leadership, Liz has trained and guided teams across the United States, Canada, and Europe, bringing a relationship-first, results-driven approach to every project and partnership.
Raised in a close farming community, Liz’s “why” is deeply personal: she grew up watching her father work from sunup to sundown, coming home exhausted but still doing whatever it took to provide, often carrying the weight of “next year will be better.” She saw firsthand what happens when “next year” doesn’t come fast enough, and how too many families are eventually forced into impossible decisions, sometimes even selling the family farm just to make ends meet. That experience shaped her commitment to creating better options for the people who steward the land.
She lives in Burlington Junction, Missouri, with her husband and their two kids. Watching her kids grow has made it clear that is now more important than ever to ensure the quality of future they will grow up in.
Liz’s mission is to bring savings and stability back to the Midwest by supporting schools, hospitals, residential homes, manufacturing, and local communities with smarter energy solutions, and by helping the landowner receive more income and helping her community and the state of Missouri improve their energy consumption in a more profitable way.
She is passionate about showing landowners that underperforming land doesn’t have to be sold to create long-term value; it can be transformed into opportunity, long-term income, and lasting impact while preserving ownership and legacy.
Liz’s leadership and accomplishments have earned national and global recognition, including Marquis Who’s Who Biographical Listee (2024–2025) and induction into Marquis Who’s Who of Professional Women (2024). She is the youngest recipient in history of the Millennial Magazine Top Executive Professional Award, and her work has been featured in major outlets including TIME, Forbes, Fortune Magazine, and the Associated Press. She has also been featured for her honor as IAOTP Top Auctioneering Colonel of the Year (2024) on the NASDAQ Billboard in Times Square. She has been honored as the Empowered Woman of the Year (2025) and received the Entrepreneur of the Year in Legacy & Digital Industry Synergy Technology award at Fluxx Events in Las Vegas. Above all, Liz is a proud wife and mother of two, driven by building purpose-led companies that create opportunity and lasting value.
